Bambino Macaroni Samosa Recipe

This Bambino macaroni cheese samosa recipe can be prepared in myriad ways, like with milk and cheese, which gives you your classic mac n cheese macaroni samosa, or with masala macaroni samosa, or a spicy chinese macaroni samosa. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Bambino Macaroni
  •  Salt  (as per taste)
  • Chopped garlic, onion & capsicum
  • 2 tbsp schezwan chutney
  • 1 block of cheese
  • 10 samosa sheets  
  • Oil for deep frying 

Method:

  • Add Bambino macaroni in boiling water, along with a tbsp of oil and a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.
  • In a pan add in 2 tbsps of oil, chopped garlic, onion and capsicum and saute on medium heat. 
  • Add in some salt, schezwan chutney to the mix
  • To the pan add in the boiled macaroni and grated cheese, mix well. 
  • Stuff the samosa sheets with the macaroni cheese filling & deep fry.
  • Your mac and cheese  samosa is ready to be served.
