Our Directors

Subramanyam Myadam is the Managing Director of Bambino Pasta Food Industries. He joined the company in 1989 and has since held positions of increasing responsibility. In 1991 he turned around a BIFR production, an ailing company called Seven Star Foods Pvt Ltd. A competent businessman, he oversaw the expansion and establishmentof a long line of products including namkeen and sweets, all of which are currently being sold under the Bambino brand name.

Subramanyam completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University, India. He was recognised for his academic achievements, scoring the highest in his year for Accounting. He is the founding member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organisation, Hyderabad, a global peer network made up of almost 14,000 influential business owners in 61 countries. He used his negotiation and analytical skills during his time on the Board of this organisation as Finance Chair in 2004. And is currently a serving member of the Young Presidents Organisation.

Easwaradas is the executive director of Bambino Pasta Food Industries. He joined the company in 2006 and has contributed significantly to its transformation from a mid-size domestic operation to into a global food company. After taking over as Executive Director he has steered the company on a path of growth, enabling it to leap in revenues almost threefold. He has led the expansion of the company, especially into the developed markets through his innovative product ideas.

Easwaradas’s emphasis on innovation, transparency, business ethics and his understanding of changing consumer needs has helped shaped Bambino Pasta Foods into what it is today – an organisation of global repute, recognized industry-wide for its commitment to consumer health and welfare. He is driving the necessary imperatives for Bambino Pasta to engage even more deeply with the health of the Indian population.
