Bambino Vermicelli Curd

Ingredients

  • 2 cups – Bambino vermicelli
  • 300g curd
  • Handful of coriander leaves
  • A few curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp bengal gram dal
  • 1/2 tsp black gram dal
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp mustard seeds
  • 3-4 dried stick chillies
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. To begin the vermicelli curd recipe, boil 6 cups of water, add Bambino Vermicelli, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp salt and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add red stick chillies, blackgram dal, bengal gram dal, curry leaves & black pepper
  3. Add mixture to curd, add salt, cooked vermicelli and mix properly.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves
  5. Bambino vermicelli curd is now ready to serve!
