Everybody’s favourite biryani, with a twist of Vermicelli! Vermicelli biryani or semiya biryani recipe is a unique fusion biryani recipe made with Bambino vermicelli or semiya. It is a perfect alternative for people who cannot have rice in their diet. This Bambino vermicelli recipe is made with the same ingredients and spices as a traditional biryani and only the rice is replaced with Bambino vermicelli. 1) Add 3 tsp oil to the pan and heat it
2) Add biryani masala, onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and fry for 2 minutes
3) Add all chopped vegetables, and mint leaves. Cook it for 4-5 minutes
4) Add 2 cups of water and boil it. Add salt to taste, 1 cup Bambino vermicelli, and cook for 3 minutes
5) Simmer until water is absorbed and vermicelli has become soft. Garnish with coriander leaves
6) Your Bambino Vermicelli biryani is ready, serve hot.
