Methods:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Bambino Vermicelli
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 cup fresh carrots
  • 1 cup minced soya
  • 1/4 cup capsicum
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper
  • Vinegar
  • Rice paper sheets
  • Sesame seeds
  • Oil

Method:

  1. Boil everyone’s favourite, Bambino Vermicelli until you get a soft texture
  2. In a pan add oil, finely chopped ginger & garlic and saute until golden brown
  3. Add fresh and finely chopped carrots, capsicum & minced soya and stir until soft
  4. To bring in the zest, sprinkle salt and white pepper and pour a dash of vinegar in the soya – vegetable mixture and fry for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Dip a rice paper sheet in water and remove immediately to get a soft texture. Put the prepared filling in the middle of the rice paper sheet after removing it.
  6. Fold the rice paper sheet evenly from all sides to form a stuffed dumpling.
  7. Sprinkle a generous amount of sesame seeds and fry the dumpling in a pan with drizzled oil until golden brown.
  8. Voila! Your Bambino Vermicelli Rice Paper Dumpling is ready to be served!
