- 1 Packet of Amore Bambino Milk Rusk or Bambino Amore Elaichi Rusk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- Elaichi powder (optional)
- Saffron
- 500 ml Milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp custard powder
Method:
- To a pan add water & sugar, then boil until it forms a sugar syrup
- To one bowl of room-temperature milk and some custard powder and bring to a mix
- In another pan, bring one cup of milk and sugar to a boil and add the custard mixture to the boiling milk
- Make a thick and creamy custard
- To the custard add in elachi powder, cashews, almonds, and a pinch of saffron. Mix well and leave it to cool down.
- Take the Bambino Amore rusk and dip it in the sugar syrup
