Frequently Asked Questions

Is vermicelli pakoda deep fried or can it be air fried?
Bambino vermicelli pakoda can be both deep-fried and air-fried. For air frying, spray with oil and cook at 180°C for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway. Deep frying gives a crispier exterior while air frying is healthier.
Does Bambino vermicelli have maida in it?
No, Bambino vermicelli is made from 100% sooji (semolina/durum wheat) with absolutely no maida (refined flour). This makes Bambino vermicelli pakoda a healthier tea-time snack compared to maida-based pakodas.
Can I add vegetables to vermicelli pakoda?
Yes, add finely chopped onions, spinach, green chillies, or grated carrots to Bambino vermicelli pakoda for extra nutrition and flavour. Adding vegetables makes it more filling without affecting the crispy texture.
