- 2 cup Bambino vermicelli
- 3 tsp oil
- 1 carrot
- 2-3 french beans
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp biryani masala
- 1 green chilli
- coriander leaves
- mint leaves
- Salt to taste
Method
- Add 3 tsp oil to the pan and heat it
- Add biryani masala, onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and fry for 2 minutes
- Add all chopped vegetables, and mint leaves. Cook it for 4-5 minutes
- Add 2 cups of water and boil it. Add salt to taste, 1 cup Bambino vermicelli, and cook for 3 minutes
- Simmer until water is absorbed and vermicelli has become soft. Garnish with coriander leaves
- Your Bambino Vermicelli biryani is ready, serve hot
