Our recipe of Pasta Salad & Mexican Salsa, made with Bambino’s Fusilli Pasta! For Pasta & Vegetable Salad:
  • 1/2 cup cooked whole wheat Bambino fusilli pasta
  • 1/2 cup blanched carrot cubes
  • 1/2 cup blanched broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup deseeded tomato cubes
  • 1/2 cup blanched zucchini cubes
  • For Salad Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • Method
  • To make Bambino pasta and vegetable salad, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well, gently. Add Bambino Pasta according to the serving amount.
  • Add the herbed tomato salsa and toss well to infuse the flavours.
  • Combine all the ingredients for the salsa in a bowl and mix well while mashing it with a back of a spoon and mix it into the salad
  • Refrigerate the pasta and vegetable salad for 30 minutes and serve chilled!
