Ingredients
  • 2 cups 100g – Bambino macaroni
  • 3 tsp Oil
  • 2-3 Green chilies
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Jeera
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Ground roasted chana dal
  • 4-5 Curry leaves
  • Handful of coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Method
  • Boil Bambino macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a pan add some oil & other ingredientsSaute all the ingredients until brown & add in the Bambino macaroni
  • Cook for 4-5 mins on low flame
  • Garnish with a few drops of lemon & coriander leaves.
