- 2 cups 100g – Bambino macaroni
- 3 tsp Oil
- 2-3 Green chilies
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1/4 tsp Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Jeera
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Ground roasted chana dal
- 4-5 Curry leaves
- Handful of coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Method
- Boil Bambino macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan add some oil & other ingredients
- Saute all the ingredients until brown & add in the Bambino macaroni
- Cook for 4-5 mins on low flame
- Garnish with a few drops of lemon & coriander leaves.
