  • 200g dark chocolate or milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (pistachios or almonds)

Method

  • In a large pan over medium heat and, add the Bambino Roasted Vermicelli. Toast the Bambino Roasted Vermicelli until it turns golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes. Stir regularly to avoid burning. Once toasted, remove the Bambino Roasted Vermicelli from the pan and set it aside
  • Melt the chocolate over low heat in the same pan, stirring continuously
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, and sugar to the melted chocolate. Stir well to combine until smooth and creamy
  • Once the chocolate mixture is ready, pour the melted mixture into a mold and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour
  • While the chocolate sets, take a blender, add the chopped nuts along with the roasted vermicelli, and blend well
  • To this blended mixture add in some condensed milk and mix well
  • Remove the chocolate from the fridge and add a layer of Bambino Roasted Vermicelli kunafa mixture to the chocolate
