  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon schezwan sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/4 cup spring onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish

Method

  • Boil water in a pot and cook Bambino Vermicelli as per package instructions 
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sliced onions, stir-frying until fragrant.
  • Add bell peppers, carrots, cabbage, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  • Add soy sauce, schezwan sauce, black pepper, and salt.
  • Toss in the cooked Bambino Vermicelli and mix well to evenly coat the noodles in the sauce.
  • Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring everything is well combined.
  • Garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
