Matcha Misu with Bambino Nutraawell Atta & Amore Rusk - Bambino Pasta

Matcha Misu with Bambino Nutraawell Atta & Amore Rusk

Inspired by the classic Italian dessert, Matcha Misu replaces coffee with earthy Japanese matcha for a naturally energizing flavour. In this wholesome version, we’re using Bambino Nutraawell Atta to make the creamy base lighter yet rich in nutrition, and Amore Rusk in place of ladyfingers for that ideal crunchy-meets-soft bite.

Methods

Ingredients

For the Matcha Syrup

  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

For the Cream Layer

For the Layering

  • 10–12 pieces Amore Rusk (choose from - Milk/Elaichi/Khova)
  • Extra matcha powder for dusting
  • White chocolate shavings (optional)

Method:

  • Whisk matcha powder with hot water and honey/maple syrup until smooth and lump-free. This will be your flavourful soaking liquid for the Amore Rusk.
  • In a pan, mix in milk, sugar, and Bambino Nutraawell Atta over low heat until it thickens slightly. Let it cool, then fold in whipped cream or mascarpone with vanilla essence for a silky, luscious texture.
  • Dip each Amore Rusk lightly into the matcha syrup (don’t over-soak).
  • Arrange them as the first layer in your serving dish.
  • Spread half of the Bambino Nutraawell Atta cream mixture over the rusks.
  • Repeat the process for a second layer.
  • Dust generously with matcha powder on top for a vibrant green finish.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hour, Serve cold, topped with a sprinkle of matcha and a few white chocolate curls.
