Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Bambino Fortified Wheat Atta
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter or ghee 
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence 
  • 2 tablespoons milk (adjust as needed)
  • A pinch of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts or choco chips (optional)

Method: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Bambino Fortified Wheat Atta, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cardamom powder.
  • In another bowl, whisk together melted butter or ghee and the powdered sugar until creamy.
  • Add vanilla essence and mix well. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter-sugar mixture.
  • Pour in milk little by little and knead into a soft dough.
  • Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F).
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Roll the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly. Place them on the tray, leaving some space between each.
  • If using nuts or chocochips, press them gently on top of each cookie.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
  • Allow the cookies to cool down & enjoy.
