Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make vermicelli popsicles at home?
Cook Bambino vermicelli in sweetened milk with cardamom and nuts until creamy (like a thick kheer), let cool, pour into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for 6–8 hours. These homemade vermicelli popsicles are a nostalgic, refreshing summer treat.
Can I use condensed milk instead of sugar for vermicelli popsicles?
Yes! Condensed milk makes the Bambino Vermicelli popsicles creamier, prevents ice crystals from forming for a smoother texture, and adds a rich, caramelised sweetness that elevates the flavour significantly.
How long do homemade vermicelli popsicles last in the freezer?
Bambino Vermicelli popsicles stored in the freezer last up to 2–3 weeks when individually wrapped in plastic wrap or stored in sealed bags. Let them soften for 1–2 minutes at room temperature before eating for the best texture.
